What Causes Wart Like Skin Hanging Outside Vagina?

Hi, I am a 43 years of age, I had developed a wart-like small hanging skin outside my vagina a year ago. It has no sensation and is attached to the body thru a thin skin which experiences pain if i pull it. suddenly it seems to have grown in size, though it carries no sensation. please help. - MKM
