What Causes Warts On The Scalp?

My 10 year old boy has a skin condition on the scalp and forehead which does not respond to any kind of medication prescribed so far. At first we had thought it was an allergy of some sort but the 6 year persistence has been worrisome. The appearance of the condition is like that of generalised warts. What are your comments?

it can be fungal infection. get examined by dermatologist for examination and advise on treatment can apply cadiderm ointment.
