My fiance and I have just recently seen spots on his penis. They looked like water blisters, he had them for 2 days with no itching or burning. We looked again and at first only seen a couple, but at some time they must of popped because he had little scabs on his penis. Very tiny spots, we are wondering if it is herpes or if it is from when he masturbates, he had surgery when he was 16 and has never been able to cum unless he masturbates.
