What Causes Water Coming Out Of Nose If Mouth Is Full?
Hello Dr. My dad who is 68 yrs old, is a CA hard palate patient. He has been operated for CA buccal mucosa 3 years ago and recurrence with IMRT. He is on chemotherapy now and recent CT shows a lesion of 8 x 4 2 cm on his hard palate. ? Approaching nasal turbinate. Off late he is experiencing water comes out of his nose if he tries to drink mouthful. What could be the reason? And what is the best line of treatmetn for him now?

hello, thanks for your query, surgery followed by imrt, followed by chemo with again lesion in palate reaching the turbinate. that's obvious that mouthful water can come from palate to turbinate through hole or back of nose . hope I have answeed your query. all the best. take care.
