What Causes Water Dripping From The Lower Abdomen?

Hi Dr. Mintz, I am a morbid obese woman and for the last month I have had clear water dripping from my lower abdominal area. It looks like a small red dot on the skin and water just constantly drips from it like a slow drip from a faucet. There is no smell and it is clear. What could this be?

Hi,

Excessive fat deposit in lower abdomen causes disturbances in lymphatic drainage, the clear lymph gets locked in the swollen skin and can dribble out on rising pressure.
