What Causes Water Filled Red Pimples On The Penis?

Hey doc, I have a couple red spots on the sides my penis , but there are no bumps and water filled pockets that look like herpes , they do swell after sex and hurt , but the areas are very dry and peel the day or two after , just wondering if it is possible to be burns from using my penis too much or having too much sex. ?

Thanks for posting on HCM
A possible cause your rashes after sex could be penile lymphocele which is a self limiting condition and may not need any special treatment but good genital hygiene and abstention from stimulation for some time.However, if rash becomes itchy/painful and looks more like an ulcer, herpes or other STIs like syphilis will have be investigated.
I will suggest you just observe for some days and if symptoms persist or pimples become more prominnent or painful, you see the Doctor for investigation.
