I am diabetic and my whole body feels like it's about to bust I went to the doctor they said that I am retaining water 40 percent of my body is water and they only gave me water pills and nothing for the swelling so what do I do for the swelling to go down because my body feels like its about to bust mostly in my legs feet stomach and private area what do I do

Have you got your kidney & liver functions tested?These need to be tested & if any defect, need to be treated.You also need an E.C.G.to rule out any Congestive heart failure,which may be a cause of your symptoms.
