What Causes Watering And White Build Up In Eyes When Wearing Contacts?

Yes i have been on Loestrin 24 for about 3 months now, i noticed that when i wear my contacts my eyes become watery, and i get like a white bulid up on both eyes, and they get ichy. I've been wearing the same brand of contacts for now 3yrs and never had a problem. I can only wear the contacts for about 2 to 3 hours the most. Any advise?

Hello
It seems from the history that you are having itching of the eyes associated with watering and white discharge from the eyes following wearing of contact lenses.
This indicates allergy to contact lenses in the form of papillary conjunctivitis.
The treatment is by use of anti allergic eye drops like olopatadine. Use of artificial tears provides symptomatic relief.
The use of contact lenses needs to be stopped till the symptoms are relieved.

Thank you
