What Causes Watery And Black Color Bleeding From Vagina After Taking I-pill?

I had sex with my gf.. But not ejaculated inside the vagina..but still she took an I pill within 12 hrs.. After 3 days.. She checked her pregnancy it was negative... But now she is going through severe abdominal,pain and she is bleeding watery back blood. Iam very worried.. Please help me. Is it ill effect of I pil??? Please help,me. m the most worried person on this earth right now

I really appreciate your concern, this is a sign of irregular menses and this could be due to hormone pill that is being taken by her now just wait for some time, everything would be fine and no need to worry about this, hope this information helps, take care.
