What Causes Watery And Dark Vaginal Bleeding?

Hi, um. My vagina started bleeding when I woke up. It s not period blood, its watery, and a little darker. It s not a little bit either, i have to wipe it away like three times. But it doesn t go in my underwear, it just stays in my vagina. I didn t know i was bleeding until I wiped. I have not had sex since March. If I was pregnant I would be showing by now. I was just wondering what this could be from?
