What Causes Watery, Dark Brown Discharge After Having Abortion?

I had an abortion nearly a month ago which was not an easy thing to do but had no choice as im on medication(oratane), i had no bleeding for the fisrt 3 days. on the 4th day i started to have some bleeding nothing to heavy just like a normal period and this lasted about 4 days. ever since then i have had watery drak brown discharge, it has no bad smell to it and i have had no cramps. Its just getting to the point of being annoying and im starting to worry maybe things arent right?? Could this have something to do with the medication im on?

Understand your concern
Watery dark brown discharge after month of abortion suggest incomplete abortion/retain product of conception that also increased risk of infections.
Brown discharge means old blood/stale means blood remain in uterus and then it will come. You should consult the gynecologist and need USG scan and per speculum examination. Incomplete abortion should be treated by misoprostol or surgicla process like D & C. Infection require Antibiotic course like cefixime.
Take healthy diet with iron supplements, maintain proper pelvic hygiene.
