I was at work. hadn't had much rest or food in a few days. started feeling weak and just run down. all of a sudden super thirsty and chugged water. soon felt nauseous and threw up all the water. then super sick with throwing up and dry heaving all night. sips if water wouldn't stay down. watery diarehhea. low grade fever and hips back legs body hurts.

Hi,
It seems that you might be having acuteGastro-enteritis.
Consult your doctor and go for treatment.
If vomiting and lose motion continue then there is risk of having dehydration.
Meanwhile take lemon water and electrolytes.
