Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

Watery discharge may be due to skin eczema or boil or postauricular sinus.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Use water vapour inhalation and salt water gargling thrice a day for five days. Use antibiotics with local application of medicine.

If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
