What Causes Watery Discharge From An Ear?

I'm 51 female, 170 lb, for the past two weeks, there is been tiny amount of clear water with no smell coming out from my left ear every now and then, may be a bit more at night, other than that, my left ear doesn't feel itchy or anything wrong. It doen't bother me at all, but I do worry if there is other underlying issues for that. Thank you for answering my question!

Hi , your clinical history is suggestive ASOM.( acute suppurative otitis media - infetion of middle ear )
It is common after upper respiratory tract infection.
Keep ear dry donot allow water go inside while bath.
Start antibiotic , Antihistaminic ,Steam Inhalation .
If you donot get relief , ENT examination & investigation become essential.
