What Causes Watery Discharge In A POF Patient?

I am worried. Was diagnosed with POF 4 years ago. Not on HRT but out of the blue 4 days ago a had a clear watery discharge enough to wet my pants. There was also a spot of blood when I wiped. That was four days ago and everything has been normal since do I need to worry?

Hello,

You need a pelvic ultrasound and to see a gynecological to rule out pathologies that cause bleeding when you are in menopause.
If these are normal than a hormonal disbalance is the cause.
