What Causes Watery Discharge With Slight Itching?

hello doctor i am diana 30 years old having 3 year child, i had from watery discharge little only no smell and there was little itching most of the days in a month. Doctor examined me and gave clingen forte and some oral medications,7 days ago, now the problems are reduced but not completely. should i go to doctor once again? at present i didnt have sexual contact with my partner for past 2 months
