What Causes Watery Eyes And Swelling In The Caruncle?

Hello, recently i have teary eyes and my caruncle seems a bit swollen. I used to wear contact lenses but since it chipped and the fragment seems to stuck in my eye about 4 months ago, I have never used it anymore. I have gone to an ophthalmologist before to ask about it and he said that there s no fragment and prescribed me cendo mycos drop. A few days later my eye feels itchy again and somehow the fragment came out. I kept using cendo mycos for about a month and stopped. There hasnt been any problem afterward but recently it feels itchy again and this time my caruncle is also swollen. Do you know any solutions ?
