my right eye waters almost all the time mostly if i am out in the heat also my nose runs in the morning and I blow my nose maybe ten times a day. Later in the day it drains down my throat and I cough alot. I take OTC allergy meds but they do not help. What your best guess
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of watery eyes, cough and running nose which seems to be due to mainly upper respiratory tract infection and it could be due to sinusitis.
Need not to worry. I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist once for proper examination and doctor may order certain test like nose or throat swab test and along with blood test and chest X-ray to confirm the diagnosis and rule out other condition like viral infection. Doctor may prescribe antibiotics and anti inflammatory medications. You should not touch your hands repeatedly on eyes and nose. You should take cough expectorants as well. Do warm saline gargles.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
Get Well Soon.
Best Wishes, Dr. Harry Maheshwari
