The symptoms of running nose and watering eyes indicate infection in the form of respiratory tract infection and acute conjunctivitis.
The treatment of acute conjunctivitis is by use of antibiotic eye drops.
The upper respiratory tract infection requires treatment by decongestants, antibiotics and anti cold drugs.
Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and prescription of drugs.

Thank you
