Hi I had a punktoplasty done last summer on both of my eyes. My left eye is fine however, my right eye has been watery after the surgery and now its excessive watering. Is there another option or a another procedure instead of going through another punktoplasty?
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Yes, it could be. Creating an artificial puncta ie pucntoplasty may require revision at times but we need to get it checked if this is the case indeed.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
