Hello dear sir, my daughter is of 10 months.she is having yellow wtery greasy stool 6 times a day.she is having swollen gums but still no sign of cuttung teeth.she got her health alittle bit down.moreover she suffers from fever also.i gave her xiben syp whcich helped alot.for loose motion i gave her lemotil tablets but in vain.waiting for ur kind concerned reply. thank you
