What Causes Watery Vaginal Discharge After Having Embryo Transfer?

I'm a very healthy 41 yr old with a problem of fibroids. Had my embryo transfer yesterday and the clinic has me on prometrium suppositories. I've been having some discharge. At first it was a little bit tan coloured, and today I've started having watery discharge. Is this normal?
