What Causes Watery Vaginal Discharge After Taking Next Choice Pills?

Hello I have a huge question I had unprotected sex on the 19th of this month 4 hrs later I took the pill next choice and I was feeling ok. Then I research more about it and I got scared by bad reviews of the pill so I went and bought plan b on the 21st I took it. Now, I m having a clear vaginal discharge that is like water milk. Is it normal? Also my ovaries tend to burn a little once in a while. Am I Ok?

Hi,

The clear discharge is normal. The hormone in Plan B causes the vaginal mucus to thicken. It also causes lots of hormonal symptoms, such as those you may get with a ovulation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi,
