What Causes Watery Vaginal Discharge During Pregnancy?

Hello, my name is Danielle. I am 38 weeks pregnant and i have been having really bad pains from Sunday and this is now Tuesday. When i have my braxton hicks when i go for a walk they usually go away but i noticed today when i was out shopping my pains were rly strong and they didnt go away or start to die down. I went to the toilet and it took me about 3 mins to urinate and i have noticed that when i go to the toilet most times i need have a bowel movement it isnt runny or diahorrea but it is small and quiet soft an has a really bad smell. I have noticed that i am having watery discharge aswell and its still a creamy yellow and my waters havent broken. Am i in early labour? What should i do?

HI
Well come to HCM
During the last trimester such vaginal discharge is common, if this is stinking then infection need to be ruled, even without the confirmation of infection, vaginal discharge can be managed with local application of broad spectrum antibiotic agent and povidone suppository is the best option, in fact this is nothing to worry, take care.
