What Causes Watery Vaginal Discharge?

I CURRENTLY HAVE 1 1/2 TO 2 MONTH BETWEEN MY CYCLE. I HAVE BAD CRAMPING AND SOME BLEEDING BUT HAVE A WATER LIKE SUBSTANCE THAT IS FILLING THE TAMPON AND ACTUALLY SOAKING MY PANTS AND UNDER GARMENT LIKE i WAS HAVING A VERY HARD PERIOD. WHAT COULD THIS MEAN?

Hello dear
Understand your concern.
If discharge is watery and not associated with itching, foul smell, soreness,

I think it is normal.
It generally occur during the time of ovulation due to LH hormone secretion.
But May be a vaginal infection as it is associated with the stomach cramp.

For safer side consult the gynecologist and do the necessary test to diagnose other causes like:
Bacterial vaginosis, cervicitis, trichomoniasis, urethritis, HPV infection, urinary incontinence, Yeast infection.

Test:
full hormonal profile : Estrogen, progestron, LH, FSH, HCG and thyroid hormone.
swab test, cell culture, PAP smear, PCR and ELISA
Meanwhile take following advice:
Tablet meftal spas
Tablet metronidazole
Relaxation exercise and musical therapy
Do regular walking and exercise.
Eat healthy diet
Wear loose pure cotton inner wear
Keep the vagina clean (Not wet)
Wash vagina with liquid base lotion
