What Causes Weak And Fatigued?

On a number of occasions, I ve stopped at the pharmacy to read my blood pressure, usually when I am not feeling well . This past week, the first printout was 110/37 - I waited 15 min - and did it again and it was 111/73..Most of the time it is around 100/60 and the doctor was it is good but if I am feeling awful [weak, fatigued] but not dizzy. Is this a symptom of a bigger problem? thanks, e.

Hi,
Nothing to worry, having blood pressure 110/70 is quite normal.
There might be having diurnal variation within 5-10 mm of hg.
Take plenty of water, regular diet and fruit juices.
Ok and take care.
