What Causes Weak Face Muscles, Headache And Back Pain?

I am having bells palsy symptoms.. weak muscles onthe right side of face..abrupt intnse stabbing feeling in head like short headaches.. fatigue and a burning tingle in back of neck. Previously had the same symptoms and went to see two different doctors. One said I have a chiari malformation the other said I didn't. Is it possible with these symptoms that thesecond dctor was wrong?
