What Causes Weak Feeling On Arms And Whole Body Shaking During Night?

HI, I AM 25 YEARS OLD ABOUT 160LBS. LAST NIGHT I EXPERIENCED SOMETHING I NEVER HAVE BEFORE. I WENT TO BED. I AM A SIDE SLEEPER. BOTH MY ARMS KEPT FEELING WEAK AND SLEEPY EVEN IF I TURNED ON MY BACK. THEN MY WHOLE BODY STARTED SHAKING. I DONT KNOW WHAT IS WRONG DO YOU. RIGHT NOW I KIND OF FEEL THIS SAME THING IN MY ARMS.

I carefully read your question and would explain that your symptoms seem to be related to an epilepsy seizure.

Anxiety could also mimic a similar clinical situation.

I recommend consulting with a neurologist for a careful physical exam, an EEG and a brain CT scan.
Some blood lab tests (complete blood count, thyroid hormone levels, blood electrolytes) would help exclude possible metabolic causes.
