What Causes Weak Legs, Sore Shoulders And Numb Arms?

I work twelve hour shifts on midnights for the last three years,i am now 41 and it feels like my energy is depleting,my legs are soar all the time along with my back.My muscles feel week,i have soar shoulders and arm starts to tingle and go numb,i do smoke and try and eat healthy.can these all be do to stress??Oh and I had cut my tounge a while ago and noticed small raised bumps on the back of my tongue and have a white coating that will go away and come back which is making my mouth dry and throat soar.Can anyone please tell me what the problem may be??
