Hello,

These are usual symptoms after contraceptive, following can be a little useful.

Consume only light, plain foods, such as bread and crackers. Avoid any foods that have strong flavors, are very sweet, or are greasy or fried. Drink cold liquids.

Avoid any activity after eating. Drink a cup of ginger tea. Eat smaller, more frequent meals. Take a series of deep, controlled breaths.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Richa Agarwal, OBGYN
