What Causes Weakness Along With Vertigo And Appetite Loss?

DINOFIRST 2mg- 1 daily at bedtime during this medicine taken many problems arise Tiredness, weakness, virtigo, low apitite, moodswing,Wight lose, spotting, vagain infection, inching My problem is endiometrioma 2 mid size tumor in right ovarie so my doctor reccom ended 3 month continue this medicine So this spotting vagain infection inching continue during this medicine taken.

I have gone through your query. Vaginal discharge is usual during hormonal therapy. Take a swab test to rule out any possible infection. In such case proper antibiotic therapy will be helpful.
