It seems you are having a constipating tendency. Restaurant food is likely to be rich in fats, carbohydrates refined flour, a lot of spices &lacking in fibers. That increases chances& grade of
constipation.
The thought of staring for stools itself gives you psychological
stress weakness & difficult breathing.
Improving ®ularising bowel habits would help you out. It consists of -
-adding more salads/veces&fruits to diet. Drink some of boiled water 10-12 glasses in a day), avoid overeating or fasting.
-form a habit of evacuating bowels at a specific time
-Do regular 45 minutes exercises
-Take mild laxative containing Lactose if needful in the beginning.
