Hello dear. Thanks for trusting HealthCareMagic. I have gone through your questions and understood your concerns.

Gluconorm g4 contains glimepiride 4mg and metformin 1000 mg. It's used to treat type 2 diabetes mellitus by increasing amount of insulin produced by pancreas and controlling glucose in blood. The common side effects are headache, dizziness, fatigue, asthenia (muscle weakness), nausea and vomiting, hypoglycemia, flu like syndrome, myalgia, loss of appetite etc.

Duolin respules contain ipratroprium bromide and salbutamol as bronchodilator nebulizer to treat asthma and respiratory disorder. It can cause side effects such as dry mouth, buccal ulceration, headache, nausea, bladder outflow obstruction, muscles cramps, myalgia/muscles n joint pain etc

There's no drug interactions between using gluconorm and duolin together. The weakness you have may be caused by the side effect of antidiabetic or possibly in case of really low blood sugar. If your symptoms get worse, please contact your treating doctor. You may need regular blood glucose test, to avoid low blood sugar caused by gluconorm, that may harm for you. Please do exercises routinely, drink plenty of water, and keep a healthy dietary.

I hope this can be helpful for your problems. If you have another question, feel free to ask me in HCM. I'd be glad to help you. I wish you get better soon. Take care.

Regards,
dr. Asti Yuliadha
