What Causes Weakness And Dizziness In Elderly?

Hi. My 93 year old mother is experiencing dizzyness and weakness for the past 4 days, worse upon positional change. I wanted to check to see if any of her meds were ototoxic, particularly in respect to the vestibular system. She takes: 220 mg Aleve, 50 mcg Levothyroxine, 25mg hydrochlorothiazide, 20 mg quinapril, and 10 mg donepezil and 2000 iu of vitamin d daily. (Her urine was clear, cardiologist said pacemaker/heart were all fine). lisafi
