General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello
I have gone through your question and understand your concern. Weakness and dizziness are common side effects of anti-tubercular drugs. There is nothing to worry, you and your body is fighting illness that is great achievement. It is a very challenging task to continue treatment with drugs side effects along with the symptoms of the illness itself.
Take up test to monitor your kidney and liver function on regular bases along with continuation of treatment with anti-tubercular drugs. Once the disease is cured and course of medicines is completed body will take few months to recover completely and you will surely feel better. Good luck. Hope your concern is answered. Thank you.
