Hello Rabby!
I read carefully your query.
The way you describe it seems to be a viral infection causing the tiredness, weakness, fever.
You need to rest, eat healthy foods mostly vegetables, drink plenty of fluids.
You can use Ibuprofen or Paracetamol.
You don't need to worry, usually the type of infections are self-limiting and don't last longer than 1-2 weeks.

If your symptoms get worse or last for too long, then I suggest to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.

Wish you a quick and complete recovery.
Take care.
