General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my clinical experience, the loss of appetite and weakness indicates possible side effect of Zenflox which contains ofloxacin as an antibiotic molecule. It is best recommended to stop consumption of further doses of the Zenflox and consult your doc for further course of action. Meanwhile intake of oral rehydration salt with boiled water will help great way to control the condition.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
