What Causes Weakness And Nausea Along With Chest Discomfort?

Husband is 40. Had Myocarditis 6 years ago. currently experiencing all over weakness, achiness, food makes him nauseas, hasn t eaten since Friday night, sipping on water and oral electrolytes, every so often has pain in stomach and left side of chest. says it feels like a squeeze on his chest but then it goes away. No fever. hands and feet and nose are cold to touch.

Hi it sounds to me like a severe gastritis and acid attack. Please give him Omeprazole along with Domperidone/Ondensetron twice a day along with a liquid antacid twice a day --he should be fine. But if pain does not subside in a day, please consult your doctor--regards
