What Causes Weakness And Numbness In The Muscles Along With Joint Pain?

I have had a number of symptoms over the last ten years including muscle weakness and numbness, joint pain and pain in the bones, fatigue, migraine headaches both with pain and visual without, memory problems and lipodystrophy. Recently I had high cpr and cardiolipin igm. My complaints have been disregarded. Prior to the presentation of this, I was an avid athlete. I have tried to go back to working out, but every time I do, my body pushes back and I get ill or down with pain for several days...not normal working out pain, but deep in the bones and joints. Brain mri 8 years ago showed nothing unusual. Lupus tests have come back negative twice in 10 years.
