What Causes Weakness And Pain In The Forearms And Right Hand?

Hi! I have a sudden onset of weakness and pain in both of my forearms. Deep muscle pain when doing random things. The pain is not intense but the feeling gets strong and then dissipates when muscles are relaxed. It started in my right arm and is now occurring in both. I am left handed but do most activities with my right hand. My right arm hurts sometimes just extending my arm. Then I have weakness and muscle ache when reaching or grabbing something. I have taken Ibuprofen and it definitely seems to help. I would prefer not to take any medication long term though including Ibuprofen. Should I be concerned?
