What Causes Weakness And Pain In The Front Of Both Legs?
For a few years now occasionally when I get up from sitting or laying down position, my legs get weak for about 10 seconds and then they just hurt for about another 10-15 seconds then it all goes away until the next time. It started in only the front lower part of one leg, then the other. It now happens in both legs from top to bottom, the weakness and the pain are more severe as well.

Conditions like peripheral neuropathy is a possibility. Consult a neurologist and get evaluated. Detailed evaluation is required including nerve conduction study.
