What Causes Weakness And Pain In The Muscles?

my age is 54 and i have been feeling my muscles getting weak and ache , i was very strong and toned up but over these last 10 yrs i have seemed to turn into blubber and so are my muscles little by little , my calves seemed to loose the tone and have gotten to the point that my leg failed to lift myself stepping up onto a chair to screw on a light bulb.

You can take healthy protein rich diet to regain muscle mass and energy.
