What Causes Weakness And Tingling Sensation In The Left Arm?

I am a 72 year old female. I have diabetes and am being treated for major depression (In remission). Last night I had weakness and pins and needles in my left arm. Today I had numbness in my lips and tongue. Both went away in a half hour. In the recent past my blood pressure was normal without medication. I also have significant family stress at this time. what s up? YYYY@YYYY
