What Causes Weakness And Vertical Lines On Nails?

Oh ok, thanks.. My nails use to grow long and very hard, now for the last seven years they break, weak, and I have noticed there are lines, vertical lines on them. There are no moons either. Am I lacking something in my diet? I eat healthy, so not really sure.

I would recommend an elaborate health checkup including your respiratory profile which is one of the most likely causes for such a presentation your nails; along with this a check on nutritional deficiencies will be required.
