What Causes Weakness, Chest Pain And Shivering Post Cocaine Intake?

Hi! Last night, I did a large amount of cocaine (probably 2 grams) over the course of about six hours and was drinking alcohol as well. After a while, I wanted to go to sleep but wasn t able to due to the cocaine, so I took two of my anti-anxiety pills (Cipralex 10mg) to sort of calm me down because they usually make me sleep. Long story short, today, I feel very weak and am having chest pains. My chest feels tight, my heart beats seem abnormally pronounced, and there s a slight pressure. I m also shaky and unstable and feel ill. My mind is clear, but my body feels weak. I m 18 and have not used cocaine for a little more than two weeks, and before that I would do a little bit on the weekends. This time, however, it was somebody else s cocaine, and I was continuously doing it while drinking alcohol. I know it s incredibly stupid, and I don t plan on doing it again, but what s done is done so I m just looking to see what s going on with my body.

Hi,

You need to wait for a few days for the withdrawal to pass. The chest discomfort and palpitations are due to withdrawal from both cocaine and alcohol and you will feel better with each passing day. Till then, take care of yourself.

Best wishes.
