What Causes Weakness, Fever And Headache?

Hello Doc. Thanks. I had a sudden bout of weakness and fever a week ago. Took ibuprofen intermittently. No cough, throat infection etc. Just weakness and fever with headached in 2 out of 7 days. Now the fever for whole day is gone but but from last 2 days I get fever in the evening and its about 99.9. Went to doctor after start of 3 days. He checked for swollen lymph glands around neck. want anything there but between 3-5 day found little swelling with slight pain/discomfort while pressing.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Evening rise of temperature is typical of Tuberculosis. If you have loss of weight then the suspicion gets even stronger. The Doctor was testing for the enlarged cervical lymph nodes for TB Lymphedinitis. You shall be needing a FNAC/Biopsy for the same to rule out this condition.
Hope this helps.
