What Causes Weakness From Lower Back To Legs Along With Severe Cold?

I was absolutely fine yesterday when I awoke to day i was very cold, pale weak joints starting from my lower back than legs ,it s very hard to walk, and a very saw my grain that won t go away I very weak can you help me find out what s wrong, I am female 20 years old

Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to a cold or flu. I suggest to use anti inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the muscle pain. I also recommend to rest and drink liquids. The symptoms will go away gradually in a few days.
