Hello,

* Two strong possible reasons for heaviness in heart, spinning head comes to mind of a physician about an alteration in blood pressure or sugar.

He must be evaluated for urgent EKG, blood reports with vital parameter evaluation of pulse, blood pressure and respiratory pattern.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
