What Causes Weakness In Arm Along With Tingling And Numbing Sensation?

My arms go to sleep every night, especially my right one. I am a side sleeper and this wakes me up sometimes with the tingeling in my arm and hands. I have noticed some tingeling and numbness in my right hand during some activities while awake, too. What could be causing this and what should be my course of action?

I really appreciate your concern, the symptom must be happening due to sleep posture because it might be compressing to nerve in cervical region so try to maintain good posture it is better to get done the cervical spine x-ray hope this information helps.
