What Causes Weakness In Body And Inability To Make A Fist?

Hi. I have a question. Something happened to my husband today. His whole left body went weak, not being able to make a fist with his hands etc. His breathing was uneven and like a nerve kind of anxciety went down his spine. He didn have the pin and needles, didnt feel nausioes or any either stroke kind of symptoms. The doctor thinks that he has parkisons disease, can that be one part of it?
